ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION

The Engineering and Construction wing of the group is an acknowledged leader in the construction of multi-purpose buildings, roads, bridges and dams. A leader in Engineering and Construction, the group is the biggest constructor of road projects in Kerala.

Twenty five projects in the infrastructure sphere have been deployed recently. This includes hotels, resorts, and other public works under Kerala PWD, CPWD and Irrigation.

KK Builders, the construction arm, is actively building townships and villa projects. The 2^nd phase of the prestigious IIM Calicut, a 150 crore undertaking, is now being developed by the company. It is also developing a 45 crore reservoir-dam in Wandoor-Thirur. These are some of our current major projects. Our feather in the cap being the golf course near Cochin’s international airport.
